Set in the Cardós Valley during the 1960s, this novel begins with the murder of a civil guard during the Franco era and portrays the transformation of the valley with the construction of hydroelectric power plants. Throughout the book, a picture of life in Cardós is drawn, with a detailed look at its geography, its traditions and its culture, giving special prominence to the relationship between the people of the place and the landscape that surrounds them.
La dona alada i les feres del Cardós
Jan and Blanca Doya
Guided story set in the Cardós Valley, which combines the story of a child who helps unite the villages of the valley with a hiking guide to discover the area.
Mythological elements of the valley such as the Encantades and the minairons are represented.

A collection of experiences and traditional recipes from the godmothers of the valley. It is a combination of oral memory and gastronomic heritage that reflects the cultural richness of the region. Through a language that is close and full of feeling, the narrative explores the stories of people who, faced with a lack of resources, had to resort to creativity and resistance to survive.

Ramat de Camins is a hiking route, of more than 300 kilometers, which began on August 12, 1956 when the writers Camilo José Cela and Josep Maria Espinàs arrived in Pobla de Segur with a coal train to take a walking route through the regions of Pallars Jussà, Pallars Sobirà, Val d’Aran and Alta Ribagorça.

Novel set in a fictional Pyrenean village, Montamara, that explores the struggle between wild nature and the human world. The story revolves around a wolf that mysteriously appears in the valley, breaking the tranquility of the inhabitants and awakening ancestral fears, but also questioning the role of man in the territory.
